Paperwork for your new puppy... a vet check by a veterinarian that has done a nose to tail evaluation of the puppy.Ā We will have the results of the exam.Ā Also a vaccine record of worming and vaccines that the puppy has received. A microchip and a link of where to register your new puppy. We will also send along a puppy starter kit of food that she has been eating so you have enough to transition into a new food slowly so we can take care of her new tummy as she is adjusting to her new home. A 1 year health guarantee so you have enough time to get to the vet and make sure your new puppy is progressing well since they have been home.Ā Ā Ā
