Boomer has a soft and gentle personality with the other puppies but is firmly the Alpha pup in the group. You learn a lot about a dog when you socialize him with other dogs. He loves the Australian Shepherd puppies and plays with them often. If they get a bit edgy, well he just watches them with those pretty eyes, that is until they touch his food bowl. He is confident in play and will not back down in a tussle but he is gentle and relaxed. When he is with our smaller puppies he is like a big brother and a bit of a hero with them. I think the best way to capture his spirit in writing is to say that he is comfortable in his own skin.
