HEALTH GUARANTEE
The puppies are guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge and have been Vaccinated, Dewormed and Vet Checked. This health guarantee extends to close of business within 30 days and purchaser is strongly recommended to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian with the guarantee period. Should the examine of the veterinarian find the puppy to have a serious disease or life threatening illness, it will be exchanged for a puppy of equal value right away or when available. A letter from the examining veterinarian must be offered as evidence of the puppies illness. The puppy must be returned within the 30 days of purchase. No exchange will be made after 30 days. No cash refund will be made.
Seller assumes no responsibility for the puppy after leaving the premises for medical expense mortality, disagreement of the family, or for any other reason. It is further understood and agreed that no warranty of representation has been made with respect tot he sold puppy, except as set forth in writing in this agreement.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We only accept cash unless check is sent before hand and is cleared before the puppy is shipped or picked up.
