New USDA Regulations

As you may have seen on various news outlets, USDA has updated their rules. The main new rule is that anyone who has more than 4 breeding females cannot ship puppies without a USDA license.

Here is a link to the new regulations:

If you have more than 4 breeding females, we strongly encourage you to become USDA licensed. While you do not need USDA license to sell puppies from a retail location, you do need it to ship.  PA and most other states have additional license requirements for breeding and selling dogs. It is important to be in compliance with and aware of state and federal laws.
