Lancaster Puppies' New Website: What You Need to Know

Lancaster Puppies’ new & improved website will be launching mid-September 2023. To ensure you can access your existing account when the new website launches, there are a few quick steps you need to take.

What You Need to Do Before the Website Launches

Before the website launches, check that your contact information is correct. Follow the steps below to view and/or change your contact details.

  1. After logging into your account, go to “My Account”.

  2. Check that your address, email, and phone number are correct. If you need to change your email or phone number, go to the “Update Email/Password” tab.

  3. Optional: We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (TFA) to improve your account’s security. With TFA, verification codes are used to make sure only you can access your account. To enable two-factor authentication, see our steps below:

    1. In “My Account” go to the “Security” tab where you will click “Enable TFA Security”

    2. Enter the email address that is connected to your Lancaster Puppies account. Lancaster Puppies will send you an email with a verification code.

    3. Find the email Lancaster Puppies sent you and enter the verification code on the website. TFA is now set up for your account.

At Lancaster Puppies we only send emails using the email address @lancasterpuppies.com. We will never email or call you asking for your password or a verification code. To keep your account safe from scams, never share your password or verification codes.

What You Need to Do After the Website Launches

When the website launches, you'll need to secure your account by resetting your password. You can quickly reset your password with the guide below.

Step 1: Go to Lancaster Puppies' login page and click "Forgot Password".

Step 2: Enter the email address you use to sign into your account. An email from Lancaster Puppies will be sent to this email.

Step 3: Go to your email inbox, find the email Lancaster Puppies sent, and click on the link provided in the email to reset your password.
